By accessing the Alpas platform or submitting your work to our collective, you agree to abide by these simple community boundaries.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual and artistic property. Alpas does not claim ownership over any work you submit. By submitting, you grant Alpas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to archive, showcase, and publish your work on our platform and social channels.
2. Community Conduct & Ethics
Alpas is a sanctuary for marginalized creative youth. We do not tolerate plagiarism, hate speech, or work that promotes harm. Any work found violating these ethical parameters will be removed immediately.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Alpas platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, submission of files, or server downtime.
